M/Y Christina ORijeka, Croatia

The lighting strategy for the historic rebirth of M/Y Christina O was an exercise in architectural restraint and heritage. Tasked with redefining the vessel’s entire layout—including 16 new guest cabins and a grand dining room—Prolight provided the expert lighting consultancy and supply, seamlessly integrating contemporary illumination within a classic maritime morphology. Rather than overpowering the restored mid-century grandeur, the architectural lighting acts as a silent narrator; it respects the original texturing and proportions of the spaces while establishing an atmosphere of refined luxury. Every fixture was carefully curated and positioned to honor the yacht’s legendary history, balancing modern function with an understated visual warmth that brings this iconic floating sanctuary back into the light.
