The lighting approach for the Three Crowns head office was conceived to honor the 19th-century Parisian grandeur while elevating the daily experience of the workspace. In the quadrant-shaped reception and resting area, the light is characterized by softness and balance; indirect illumination is seamlessly integrated into circular sound-absorbing surfaces to complement the filtered daylight from the Champs-Élysées. This layered strategy eliminates harsh contrasts, transforming the transition from the imposing historic staircase into a welcoming environment that encourages both quiet focus and open communication.

In the minimalist circular meeting rooms and core workspaces, the lighting serves to subtly highlight the original oak flooring and ornate cornices without overpowering the historic ambiance. By balancing the natural western light with high-precision technical fixtures, the environment maintains a stabilized rhythm that sustains alertness and vitality throughout the day. The result is a high-performance workspace where the heritage of the Haussmannian interior is preserved through a modern, glare-free environment that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of every professional.
